Yes it's great to wear heels while shopping as long as it is on line shopping. But whatever your age wear them if you feel comfy with them, but for traditional shopping wear flip-flops.

Honestly, it doesn't matter what your friends think, it should matter what you think.
If you wanna wear heals then I say go for it girl!!! I'm 6'2 and I love my heals!!! So height shouldn't matter there either!!
