Its all about priorities. Are you saying that 7 days a week, you are not doing anything other than working, in class, eating and sleeping. If there are other things than you can give and take from other spaces.
For me, my week is nuts. So on sundays I prepare everything for the week, get veggies cut, sandwiches in baggies in the freezer to grab for lunch, fruit washed. I have plastic shoe boxes in the fridge and freezer in which I put the prepared baggies, and lunch boxes for the next 3 days. I cook a good meal that night, and put the left overs in divided covered plates, a few in the fridge to pop in the microwave during the week and the rest in the freezer for later on.
Quite a few things can be frozen and just defrosted and popped in the microwave. When I get home from work, I just pop a defrosted plate in the microwave to cook while I change my clothes and just have to pour a drink and take it out and eat.
Also, the crockpot is your friend, meals ready hot and steaming when you get home.
Sleep is imparative. I recently read a study in which people who were getting little sleep, like mothers of newborns, had the same brain chemistry as someone who was intoxicated.
Take baby steps, reprioritize, slowly turn things around. 15 minutes here and there will start to give you enough flexibility to make the adjustments you need.
You didnt mention why you were in this state, but sounds like you need to reassess. Remember, in this state, you are not fully giving of yourself to anything, you are more likely to get sick, and there is only one of you.
