Definitely Shinjuku and Ginza. These two areas are absolute must-sees for gaijin shoppers.

And please spend a lot to because the tax money will go towards feeding poor old Mr. Yasuo Fukuda.

Shibuya, hands down (if you want the high end stuff) or Ameyoko if you want cheapie stuff.

shinjuku and shibuya have lots of shops and department stores

odaiba has venus fort and a couple of other malls too.
