In the shop, do you ever feel your walking through a sea of things you don't need and want to run out asap? You only went in for one thing..

Always. Society is hell-bent on making us think that we need so many material things...

I am afraid I am another bob on this. Me and you are not the only shoppers who go in for only one thing. What about the millions of other shoppers who only go in for one item. that means that the shop has to provide 1m other items for them. Pity cos I thought the shop only catered for me.

yeah, i sure do. and did you ever notice how most of what is on sale in supermarkets is not even food!! also, the milk and bread is always at the back. it's actually a marketing ploy. it means you have to walk past lots of crap you don't need, but that if you see you might buy. aaarrrggghhh!!!!!!

yeah sometimes i am completely aware of the consumer mentality that the stores want us to take on. even when they know that we are broke. it is why the milk is in the back of the store, to make us walk past all of those brightly colored displays. taking that advertising class kinda showed me all of that stuff.

Yes I feel sea sick awash in an ocean of Chinese goods that are not worth having.
An endless supply of Lead toys from china for our children at the expense of jobs for their parents.
Peace

It's called TEMPTATION, and your desire and senses being bombarded?
Yes, it happens to all of us cute shoppers, but if you are steadfast and headstrong, you can overcome this.
If you are tempted try shopping less, and not making a payment on the store.

I love to shop. It doesn't hurt just to look even if you don't have the money.
