Submit to your temptation, as you will probably be spending your money more wisely on a new bike. Upgrades can be expensive with adding no real value to your bike.
A new bike will be a nice addition and keep your FSR XC company.

Where in Taiwan? I Taipei or Taichung I would recommend looking for a Merida dealer. Very good stuff if you want a new bike. Pick up some beetlenut while you are looking.
I could SHOW you where the dealers are (if I were in Taiwan at the moment) but the traffic patterns and streets are too much for a simple American to explain.
