What are the shopping belts of New York and Los Angeles?
For example, Oxford Street is the shopping belt of London.

Shopping belts? You mean ritzy shopping, maybe? 5th Ave. in the 50 strs is one in NYC, but it depends on what you're ritzy shopping for!

New York's Shopping Belt is located along Fifth Avenue, the glamorous place for shopping, home of Macy's (at 59th Street), Bloomingdale's, Apple Store, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom.
Los Angeles' Shopping Belt is along Rodeo Drive where the glitzy malls and gallerias are located, containing the same as Fifth Avenue in New York.
