Travel republic appears to be a UK based travel site. There are many travel sites worldwide that can accomodate your request. I noticed that on Travel Republic's main webpage it says they guarantee the lowest prices. Don't worry about the promotional code, tell them you want the lowest price since they guarantee it!!!
If you are unable to actually speak to a human being, try www.dttrips.com it's a smaller, but very powerful travel booking engine that the owners actually are involved in it, and will gladly accept your phone calls, and emails, and reply to them.
Also, consider becoming a travel agent, if you really want some GREAT insider deals. Try www.ytb.com/dttrips
