Well we know for sure it is Y2J & he has signed a deal with WWE.It's due to US Network president Bonnie Hammer who has told Vince to delay his return in order to bump up the low ratings for Raw.He was supposed to have been on Raw already since before No Mercy.
The latest promo shown this week is called Launching-19 - my guess this means Nov 19th.That's the date of the 1st edition of Raw after Survivor Series.The perfect time to showcase Jericho with all the hype & focus on him & all the Survivor stuff done & dusted.Can't wait!
