Yes I put a bit of water in my Smarties and give them a good shake, then the next day the colours had all intermingled, so I sent them to the company and got a whole box full as an apology!!!! mmmmm lovely

1-800-Taco bell because I never get my food right...I complain a lot and it helps...other places: Wendys, Wal-Mart...it never hurts to try! but if you complain too much I think they put you on a list.

I complained once about vodafones customer service & got £10 of my phone bill, then changed to pay as you go.

I flew from Denver to Los Angeles and the flight sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes. Late to LA. The return flight was cancelled and I was overbooked on a later flight that was not a non-stop. Arrived in Denver 8 hours late. United Airlines gave me a $25.00(US) voucher (about L13 I don't have the pound sign here) for my next flight. As if I'll ever use their services again.
