yea but only if something was really bad like i bought a bottle of lysol with bleach and it the cap didn't screw on right but i didn't know that until i got home and put the bags on my brand new couch and when i picked them up my couch was covered in bleach

Yeah! I was asked to pull forward in the drive through at Wendy's 2 weeks ago. After sitting for 20 minutes and going in to ask about my food, they said that it would be a little while longer, they forgot to make hamburgers that day. Seriuosly, it was 3 pm, how do you "forget" to make hamburgers at a burger place? Anyways, i went back to my car, and while sitting there i called the number on the window right next to my car. yesterday in the mail i got gift certificates in the amount of $10 and free Wendy's coupons. So now i go to the other Wendy's across town. Long story, but to answer your question, yes.

Post office........... there send you a book of stamps (pretty much as a standard) if you complain (for a valid reason)
Not much help if your complaint was worth more than a book of stamps, but if you are just complaining about wet letters or the postie not shutting you gate, then it's OK

I actually called a company and told them how great their product was and how i swear by it and they sent me coupons for free products of theirs.

Only once ,got a bar of M&S chocolate with an elastic band inside, eventually they sent me 24 bars of the same!

I only complain when i am given good reason too. I bought a loaf of bread from my milk man and when i opened it i found a dead spider in it. I told the milkman and showed him the loaf with the spider....he took both away, and after a couple days had passed the milkman reurned with a medium sized food hamper.

yes...i got a bad hair cut one time and i was so upset because she really made a mess of it, it looked like she'd hacked at it with a blunt knife and i was so mad at her...so i didn't pay and got a free colour and cut for my next appointment, i didn't have he same girl that time...she got fired....

i stayed at a large hotel in vegas years ago and at 11pm while i was in the shower there was a knock on the door from security---we had an outstanding phone bill ($34)--they made me get my son out of bed and we had to stand in the hallway while my husband went to the lobby to paid the bill---i was pissed so i wrote a letter and received a voucher for 3 nights---i still have it but haven't been able to afford a return visit

Yes, but do it in a polite non-aggressive maner, i've found thats helped when i had a problem with something.
