wear a cute black sparkely sweater (black sparkles) with a black skirt with lines of silver sparkels and black high heels straightin your hair. I hope this helps!

A black button down shirt that is form fitting with a darker pair of jeans. I suggest skinny leg or straight leg, not flairs. Throw on a cute pair of black heels with some accessories.

I have to agree with Tiny Tinks - it's best to purchase a new, pretty top if anything else (you'll still feel like you're wearing a new outfit), then put on your favorite pair of dress pants and dress shoes, and frost yourself with accessories. Let's face it, most of us don't have the money to buy an entirely new outfit from head to toe for each party we attend!
Have fun at your party! : )

Dress a nice pair of jeans with glitzy shoes, a bright top and acsessories to go with (not clash with) your outfit. You should wear low key makeup if you are wearing bright colours though..

Sounds similar to christmas party I was at last night - we are a young crowd too
Shift dresses - plain or patterned with black tights and heels or knee high boots were THE outfit this year! Primark do some great sparkly high heels at the moment - I bought some beauties for £12 which I then wore with black leggings and a black silk shift dress from urban outfitters. Finished off with a cream handbag and cream pearls which were on a black ribbon
Go for a 60's look with your make up (easily done with liquid eyeliner) - maybe a hair band
