Absolutely. I was a mystery shopper a few years back and according to the paper work I had to fill out and the tasks that needed to be done, mystery shopping is a great tool to find out exactly what the customer experience is. I remember one store I visited actually posted results of the mystery shoppers.

I assume you received an email informing you that you have been 'appointed' (or have been 'granted') a job as a 'Mystery Shopper' ?
Sorry = all those 'job offers' arriving by email are all fake .. it's variation on the 419 Advanced Fee fraud, cheque cashing scam ...
(Real Mystery Shopper jobs do exist, however you will have to go to a real company ..)
