craigslist, freecycle, the flea market. It wont be free but hopefully you can get some good deals on it.

If you qualify as low income than your local humane society may help you out. My humane society has a program like that...but I dont know if they all do. As for the other stuff...just keep checking your local classifieds....or place a wanted ad stating you want the stuff for free and there is bound to be someone who has that stuff and just wants to off it......good luck..................

whiskas do kitten packs that give free samples and coupons and so do felix... another one to try is purina they give free kitty food too!!!

This one has links to everywhere that give out free samples. A word of warning: if you feed your kitten something different every day he probably will throw up or get diarrhoea. If you can't afford to buy food for him maybe you should have not got a kitten?

The best thing to do would be to check out your local cat sanctuary they might have some to spare or try your local pet shop they will be able to tell you places where you could get help to get the free stuff your looking for. also you may not get it free but try some bargain websites it will be cheap alough not free. I would say that you could also check out whiskas or another cat food website where they might send out free samples.

Freecycle is great. There's always people getting rid of that kind of stuff. Beware though most cats DO NOT like stuff used by strange cats
