What is it called when you want to buy a shop and not a house, you go to a estate agents to buy a house or properti, but where do you go to buy a shop or buissness

commercial estate agents will find you vacant business properties (shops etc) else if you want to buy an exisiting business, then they are just called business sales
. |

Specialist commercial property agents. Savills in London do both residential and commercial property. There are others but I do not know their names off the top of my head.

Estate agents will list commercial properties as well as residential properties, you can also try on the internet (rightmove and sites like this).
