Very rarely Find my past does promotions and its usually via one of the four family history magazines.
If you have found your name I would tell you that all you will have found is your name on the index pages. If it is your birth it would appear on the page amongst everyone else and you would see your name and your mothers maiden name and the reference of the volume it is in., no other info as its only an index.
The same with the marriages I am afraid so if its the births marriages or deaths you are wanting that is what you would get a copy of the page of the indexs and then you would have to order the certificate.
The census info is different you do get much more on that and I have not used the Soldiers records so dont know.

Try DC37 as a code - should give you 10% extra units if you use it before 6 April. There's loads of stuff there worth checking out, particularly if you're planning to explore your family history beyond your own records! The census stuff and passenger lists are really good for this, and they have a search that allows you to find addresses and contact details for living people. Good luck!
