Yes, I have two kids, and the eldest has her birthday three weeks before Christmas, so I like to start early and spread the cost a bit.

I have not started mine but there are some great sales on everything that my family wants. I just don't feel right doing it so early, maybe I will start at the end of October. My mom leaves it until the last minute when she is getting presents as well, she loves to do it that way but when she does everything is kinda gone.
