Don't shop in London most are rip off, go to one of the new towns outside you will pay about 20% less, most are easy by train

Cheap, like your keyboard?
Try the East End street markets, Whitechapel Road, Bethnal Green Road, Chrisp Street and on Sundays Petticoat lane and Brick Lane, although the latter two are more tourist aware and may not be as cheap as the local markets.
