Or have people ruined it by bidding to high and high postage costs?

I get annoyed by foolish biddders bidding against each other 5 days before an item is due to end....if everyone justr left it a while it would be better.

Oh do I hear ya! I have been going on ebay to get somethings for my kids for xmas and by the time you pay for shipping, you can get it at WalMart or Sams club just as cheap!

I totally agree with you, you could get anything you wanted for a reasonable price but people bid to high now & some of the postal charges are a joke!

Depends on what you're looking for! CDs are stupidly cheap and it can be good for hard to get books. Also very good for bulk buys like jiffy bags!

Try mispelling when you search for an item, sometimes you can pick up items that have slipped through the usual search channels.

I haven't seen any bargains in a long time. I stopped looking. Also, unless you are a power-seller, you can't make money either because of high fees.

the trick is you look for items that have no bidds on them and then wait until they only have a coulple of hours or mins then u bidd and then no 1 has the time to bid after you
